GUIDELINES TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS

All information pertaining to the submissions criteria for this call for applicants is exhaustively detailed in the Avis d'Appel Public à la Concurrence

Application deadline

Monday, March 5th 2012 – no later than 12 a.m.

DOWNLOADABLE FILES DC1 form DC2 form Sworn statement

Application file contents:

  1. • A letter of submission, or a DC1 form, indicating the applicant's intention to tender for the project, whether acting on his behalf or on behalf of a group and in the latter case, stating explicitly the members of the group and the agent (download DC1 form)
  2. • A DC2 form (or equivalent nomination paper)
  3. • An artistic resume
  4. • An artistic dossier designed to show the artistic approach and containing visuals of previous works of art.
  5. • A selection of four visuals in digital form (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .pdf, .png, .doc, .xls file-types on a CD or DVD) of projects completed by the artist proving his or her ability to work in the context of Semapa’s project.
  6. • Official documents attesting of a professional artistic activity (such as attestation Maison des Artistes, attestation Agessa, numéro de Siret...)
  7. • A sworn statement, dated and signed by the person authorized by the applicant (one by co-contractor in the case of group applications, and one by any eventual subcontractor), as laid down in the downloadable file.

All documents must be dated and signed. Missing elements may be considered as ground for the rejection of an application. All documents must be in French.

The holding envelope should not bare the company’s name, only the following sentence: « NE PAS OUVRIR CONCEPTION D’UNE ŒUVRE D’ART NE PAS OUVRIR AVANT LA DATE FIXEE» / « DO NOT OPEN – ART PROJECT ENCLOSED – DO NOT OPEN BEFORE PLANNED DATE »

File to be sent as registered mail with proof of receipt or delivered against a receipt on workdays from 9:30AM to 12:00AM and 2:00PM to 5:00PM (4:00PM on Fridays).
